Last Halloween I wanted to make my sons experience a positive one. It was his first Halloween without Gluten and Dairy and I new my choc-aholic would find it tough.
This sugar cookie recipe is extremely versatile, in that the dough and the cookies freeze well and it’s simple to substitute different flours. Handling of the dough once the cookies are cut is super easy, even for small hands.
I made these black cats and pumpkins to take to his class party and all the kids loved them. I don’t think they even noticed they were gluten and dairy free.
I’m planning on making some more for this Halloween. Does anyone have any tips for decorating?
